Shipping & Delivery

An order that is placed during business hours is usually shipped the same day it is received, unless it is a special order item or the item is not available (please see Backorders for more information).

We usually strive to have orders shipped no later than two business days after receipt of order.

Orders are usually shipped via FedEx Ground. 

Larger orders may require an LTL shipment. In the event that your order requires LTL shipping, you will be contacted to verify shipping information.

Please note: For your protection, we require signature on delivery for all residential delivery addresses. If you request No Signature upon delivery, A&S Suppliers, Inc./Hotelitems.com assumes no responsibility or liability for lost or damaged merchandise.

Free Shipping Items

Some items qualify for free shipping. Only the items with the blue free shipping symbol qualify and are only eligible if they are being shipped within the continental United States (lower 48 states which excludes Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico).

Items being shipped outside of the continental United States will incur shipping charges.

Delivery / Pick Up

Customers located in the Miami/ Ft Lauderdale area can pick up their orders or have them delivered at no charge on our own trucks. (please see requirements below)

There is No Guarantee as to when your delivery will be made.

In order to have your order delivered, you must meet the following criteria:

• Delivery location must be within our delivery zones. (Miami / Ft. Lauderdale)

• Order must be over $150.00 USD

• Someone must be present to receive and sign for the order

• Must be a Business location. We do not deliver to Residential addresses. (i.e., house, apartment)

Florida Warehouse Pickup:

  • All Pick-Up Orders will be available in 2 business days subject to availability.
  • You will be contacted when your order is ready for pick up.
  • Pick up hours are Monday - Friday 
  • 9:00am to 4:00pm except Wednesday's 9:00am to 3:00pm.
  • The warehouse is Closed for pick up's 12:00pm to 1:00pm.
Privacy & Security
Because we value you as a customer and respect your privacy, be assured that we will not rent, sell, or make available in any other way any address information or e-mail address information outside of A&S Suppliers, Inc./Hotelitems.com unless you specifically give us permission to do so. As a valued customer we will use e-mail from time to time with follow-up information on your order.
Returns & Replacements

If you are unhappy with a product, contact us within 30 days of receipt.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please include your original receipt with the merchandise you are returning. 

All returns require authorization, a valid tracking number and must be made within 30 days of receipt. 

All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging. 

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer will only be refunded the cost of the product(s). We ask that all customers carefully review pictures and product descriptions available on the website, or give us a call for product details, before placing your order if uncertain about product details.

If the product(s) is/are damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) was/were shipped, please contact us immediately. After receiving approval, a call tag to pick up the defective/wrong item may be arranged. When we receive and review the returned item(s), we will send the correct replacement item(s). 

As soon as we receive your returned item(s), a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 4-5 business days for the package to arrive back to us, plus up to another 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

Order Cancellations
Orders can Only be canceled if it has not shipped. If your order has shipped, return policy will apply.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Credit Cards & Debit Cards
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Simply follow the checkout process, and enter your credit card information as requested. 
Declined Payments
If your card is declined, you will receive a Payment Declined Email. Your card will not be charged, and no order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card-issuing bank removes the authorization. This usually happens within 2-5 business days. Your card may be declined for the following reasons:



1.   General decline - This is usually caused by insufficient funds or a credit-limit issue. Contact your card-issuing bank for further details.

2.   AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch - The billing address you entered during checkout does not match the mailing address associated with your credit card billing statement. Please email or give us a call to update the billing address.

3.   Card code mismatch- The 3-4 digit CVV2/CVC2/CID code on the back of your credit card, or front for AMEX, does not match what was entered during checkout.

Paypal
To make a purchase using PayPal, select PayPal as your payment method. You will then be directed to paypal.com to log in to your account.

Web pricing cannot be guaranteed as prices are subject to change based upon manufacturer price increases and market changes.

 
Minimum Quantity and Samples
Most of our products are sold in dozens or case packs. We receive many requests for samples and will try to oblige.
However, we are a wholesale distributor and we do charge for our samples because of the costs associated with breaking case packs and handling.

Backorders
We detest backorders! If a backorder is absolutely necessary you can expect an e-mail from our customer service requesting  instruction on how to proceed.
Despite our best efforts, particularly popular items can sell out and when this is the case, we will do our best to inform you of the expected earliest delivery date. Please inform us should you wish to cancel at any time and you will receive a full refund.

Product/Inventory LevelsDue to COVID-19, we are experiencing manufacturer and distribution delays. Therefore we may be temporarily out of stock on items that we aren’t normally out of. Please be patient with us as we are re-stocking as quickly as possible, but we are receiving goods to replenish our inventory on a slower cadence.
