Shipping Policy
Our goal is to ship orders in the most economical and reliable way possible. In order to accomplish this we utilize various carriers. Most companies use an inflated shipping rate chart to come up with shipping charges. This system is great for the companies because the rates are usually inflated and you will be paying more than it actually cost to ship an item. We prefer to charge actual shipping charges. In order to do this, orders must be accurately weighed and measured. Large orders are palletized and shipping quotes are obtained from carriers. Small orders are shipped via Fed Ex Ground through a web link on this site. If you place an order that is large enough to ship via pallets it will trigger a request to call us. This is so we may explore better shipping options for you.
Minimum Quantity
Most of our products are sold in dozens or case packs.
Returns/Refunds
All returns require a return authorization. If the product is defective we will accept returns within 30 days after receipt. Please carefully check the packaging when your order arrives for damage. If damaged do not accept it. If the product is not what you want we will accept a return subject to a 20% restocking charge within 30 days of receipt; freight charges are not refundable. If we make the mistake we will gladly refund 100% of your purchase including freight. All returns must be unused and unwashed. Please call us for complete descriptions; we will do our best to accurately describe our products.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if it has not shipped. Please call for the status of your order. Otherwise, our return/refund policy will apply.
Samples
We receive many requests for samples and will try to oblige. We do charge for our samples because of the costs associated with breaking case packs and handling. Call for more information.
Backorders
We hate backorders! If a backorder is absolutely necessary you can expect a call from our customer service for instructions on how to proceed.
Payments
We accept most major credit cards. We also offer terms subject to credit review and approval.
Privacy Policy
Because we value you as a customer and respect your privacy, be assured that we will not rent, sell, or make available in any other way any address information or e-mail address information outside of A and S Suppliers, Inc. unless you specifically give us permission to do so. As a valued customer we will use e-mail from time to time with follow-up information on your order.
